Fair Usage Policy
At CData, we are committed to delivering a reliable and equitable service for all our customers. To uphold this commitment, we have implemented a Fair Usage Policy that defines the limits on the volume of data that can be processed and returned.
Most of our customers operate well within these limits. However, if you find that your usage is approaching the specified limits or if your team requires additional processing capacity, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Usage Limits
- 100 million rows returned per month (unless otherwise stated in your contract). This limit ensures consistent service levels for all customers.
Beyond the limits on rows per query and queries per month, we also monitor additional metrics to maintain service quality. These include, but are not limited to:
- The number of rows processed before aggregating the final output.
- The total amount of data transferred within a given month.
If a customer approaches or exceeds these limits, we may implement usage restrictions as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Policy Updates
CData reserves the right to modify this policy, with any changes being announced via our website.
