Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to help assist with addressing technical concerns for our enterprise customers. This position requires exceptional technical skills and an ability to think on your feet. Excellent written and verbal skills are mandatory as you will be required to assist highly technical customers in live web meetings and through email.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

  • Manage partner relationships from a technical perspective
  • Provide technical support to partner engineering teams via email and phone conversations
  • Work closely with client engineering teams and provide technical details/instructions
  • Hold regular meetings with partner PMs and Engineering teams to discuss roadmaps, technical integrations, etc.
  • Meet partner deadlines for delivery of drivers such as certification requirements, security reviews, etc.
  • Discuss partner goals and help identify/provide solutions
  • Assist with integration efforts by detailing driver functionality and features, best practices, etc.
  • Identify partner trends, use cases, and potential market opportunity and clearly relay this information to the engineering team (so they can plan their roadmap accordingly)
  • Lead a team of support agents to help assist with fulfilling obligations of partnership
  • Hold client calls to pitch driver technology for potential partners

Requirements

  • Adept in Java programming and debugging skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.) is preferred and 2+ years of industry experience in a technical field or a master's degree
