OBIEEでの ShipStation レポートとスタースキーマ

CData ODBC Driver for ShipStation は、 ShipStation データへのリアルタイムアクセスをデータウェアハウスに統合したり、レポートツールに直接統合したりできる標準データベースドライバーです。この記事では、データ・ウェアハウスをバイパスして、操作可能なShipStation データをOracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) にインポートする方法を説明します。

Informatica PowerCenter などのETL ツールとのODBC 統合に関するナレッジベースもご参照ください。Oracle Warehouse Builder へのETL ソリューションの場合、ドライバーをOracle ODBC Gateway と共に使用してRemote Oracle Database としてShipStation データにアクセスします。

ODBC Data Source としてShipStation に接続する

接続プロパティが未設定の場合は、まずODBC DSN（データソース名）で設定します。これはドライバーインストール時の最後の手順にあたります。Microsoft ODBC データソースアドミニストレーターを使ってODBC DSN を作成および設定できます。

Use the BASIC Authentication standard to connect.

1. Login to your ShipStation account
2. Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner. A column menu will show up on the left
3. Click Account -> API Settings
4. On the API Settings page, note the API Key and API Secret.

• APIKey: Set this to the API key from the API settings page.
• APISecret: Set this to the Secret key from the API settings page.

DSN を構成する際に、Max Rows 接続プロパティも設定できます。これにより返される行数が制限されるため、レポートやビジュアライゼーションを作成するときのパフォーマンスが向上します。

ShipStation メタデータをインポートする

以下のステップに従って、OBIEE Client Tools を使用してShipStation メタデータをOBIEE リポジトリにインポートします。その後、ShipStation データをビジネスモデルに統合できます。

1. 「Administration Tool」を開き、「File」->「New Repository」とクリックします。

2. 「Connection Type」メニューで「ODBC 3.5」を選択し、「CData DSN」を選択します。
3. 「Relational Sources」オプションでインポートするメタデータ型を選択し、ShipStation テーブルを選択します。
