DBArtisan でJDBC 経由でBing Search Results をデータ連携利用

DBArtisan のウィザードを使用して、Bing Search のJDBC データソースを作成します。

CData JDBC Driver for Bing Search は、データベースとしてBing Search results に連携できるようにすることで、Bing Search results をDBArtisan などのデータベース管理ツールにシームレスに連携します。ここでは、DBArtisan でBing Search のJDBC ソースを作成する方法を説明します。データを直観的に標準SQL で実行できます。

Bing Search Results をDBArtisan Projects に連携

Follow the steps below to register Bing Search results as a database instance in your project:

  1. In DBArtisan, click Data Source -> Register Datasource.
  2. Select Generic JDBC.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. In the resulting dialog, click New.Enter a name for the driver and click Add.In the resulting dialog, navigate to the driver JAR.The driver JAR is located in the lib subfolder of the installation directory.
  5. In the Connection URL box, enter credentials and other required connection properties in the JDBC URL.

    To connect to Bing, set the ApiKey connection property. To obtain the API key, sign into Microsoft Cognitive Services and register for the Bing Search APIs.

    Two API keys are then generated; select either one.

    When querying tables, the SearchTerms parameter must be supplied in the WHERE clause.


    For assistance in constructing the JDBC URL, use the connection string designer built into the Bing Search JDBC Driver.Either double-click the JAR file or execute the jar file from the command-line.

    Fill in the connection properties and copy the connection string to the clipboard.

    Below is a typical connection string:

  6. Finish the wizard to connect to Bing Search results. Bing Search entities are displayed in the Datasource Explorer.
