Conference Speaker Candidate Research and Qualification

Identifies and prioritizes top customer contacts who meet specific criteria for speaking at company events. Analyzes contact engagement history, seniority levels, and account value to find the most qualified speaker candidates. Provides ranked results based on company size and contact authority level and then creates customized email copy for outreach.

QUERY:

Identify the top [NUMBER] contacts in CRM who meet all of the following criteria:

1) [TEAM_MEMBER_1] has had a call with them directly, in the last [TIME_PERIOD];

2) the contact is a [SENIORITY_LEVEL_1], [SENIORITY_LEVEL_2], or more senior title with budget responsibility and subject matter authority in [DOMAIN_1], or [DOMAIN_2], or [DOMAIN_3]

3) their account is a current customer spending at least $[MINIMUM_SPEND] annually with [YOUR_COMPANY_NAME].

Goal: Find qualified speaker candidates based on recent engagement, seniority, domain expertise, and account value.

QUERY:

From the qualified contacts, rank them in descending order of company size and descending order of seniority in a table.

Goal: Prioritize speaker candidates by company prominence and individual authority for prioritized speaker outreach.

QUERY:

For the top [NUMBER] qualified speaker candidates, in the table provide their recent engagement history with [YOUR_COMPANY_NAME] team members over the last [TIME_PERIOD], including call frequency and key discussion topics.

Goal: Understand the depth and quality of relationship with each potential speaker candidate.

QUERY:

What [DOMAIN_EXPERTISE] challenges or success stories have the top [NUMBER] speaker candidates discussed in recent calls that would make compelling conference presentation topics? Please add this as a column to the table.

Goal: Identify potential presentation topics and value propositions for speaker outreach based on their actual experiences and expertise.

QUERY:

For each contact in the table, provide an email template that details the specific use case of that account and contact that can be used to invite the speaker to the event. For context, use your use-case analysis above as well as the additional information you’ve gathered into the table. Your output should be a set of email templates appended as a new column to this table. The idea is to include the elements of their [PRODUCT_USAGE] that we would like them to speak about.

Goal: Turn the research into customized email copy that can be used for speaker outreach.
