Entry-Level Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an entry-level technical support engineer to help assist with techincal issues through email and on the phone. This position requires exceptional problem solving skills as you will be tackling new and unique challenges every day with no set script to resolve an issue. The ability to research both alone and in a team to reproduce and debug customer issues is essential. As the voice of the company, applicants should have excellent communication skills as well be able to quickly learn new topics. Programming knowledge is required as well as a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.).

Entry-Level Software Developer

We are seeking an entry-level software developer to assist with customer support and quality assurance testing. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET or Java, and the desire to do great work. Experience with SQL, databases, and web services are a plus.

  • At least 2 years of programming experience (including coursework)
  • Experience with C# or Java
  • Experience with Visual Studio and/or a Java IDE
  • Ability to work independently

Digital Marketing/Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing software team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing various digital marketing assets that support growth and expansion of our software products and services. You will work with different teams to coordinate digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote, drive new sales leads, and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate demand for our products
  • Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation
  • Develop our digital presence to boost brand awareness and drive leads
  • Effectively allocate budget to optimize lead generation channels
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure qualification process is maintained
  • Communicate digital marketing effectiveness to the management team

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, information science or other related fields.
  • Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM)
  • Understanding of digital campaign analytics, reporting, and project management
  • Ability to learn quickly and to understand our products, customers, and the data provider market at a deep technical level
  • High energy and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent writing skills for a number of mediums and marketing channels, including print marketing collateral, website copy, email and social media content
  • Basic HTML and CSS experience, for both web pages and emails

Preferred but not required:

  • 2-3+ years of software marketing experience.
  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation software like Mautic, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
  • Previous experience working with Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy

Front-End Developer/Designer

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer/Designer with great web production skills to support our internal marketing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in modern web application technologies and be capable of contributing heavily to the design and development of existing sites/applications and greenfield projects. The candidate should be able to showcase a portfolio of websites or web apps that they have developed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in information science, computer science, design, or commensurate experience
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience building web sites or web applications based on responsive design patterns
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with some server side programming technology (php, python, asp.net, etc).

OEM Sales Engineer

We are seeking a technical support engineer to help assist with addressing technical concerns for our large OEM customers. This position requires exceptional technical skills and an ability to think on your feet. Excellent written and verbal skills are mandatory as you will be required to assist highly technical customers in live web meetings and through email. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.) and 5+ years of industry experience in a technical field or a master's degree.

  • Provide sales support during customer evaluation and continue to assist any technical concerns during the OEM partnership
  • 5+ years in a related technical field or a master's in a STEM field
